Brian Cujé
Brian Cujé is a Principal owner and founder of SV Commercial Partners, LLC. Based in Denver, SV Commercial is an experienced real estate operator, specializing in the acquisition, management and value enhancement of income properties in the western United States. The company is an affiliate of SV Capital, also a Denver based real estate firm, which has extensive experience in managing investment equity and resort development.
His background encompasses all phases of commercial real estate including: property management, leasing, investment sales, asset management, debt and equity procurement, development, as well as joint venture structuring. He has personally acquired and managed over $500 million of commercial real estate. Brian has hands on experience with the following property types: retail, office, industrial, commercial and residential land, and self-storage.

Mark Donahue, CFO
In addition to working with SV Commercial Partners, LLC, Mark Donahue is the President of Donahue Partners, Inc., a holding company for several businesses and investments owned and operated by Mark and other family members. These businesses have operated primarily in both Colorado and Arizona for the past fifteen years.
Mark graduated from the University of Colorado in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business. A few years after, Mark went to work at Dixon Paper Company, his family owned business and largest wholesale paper distributor in the western United States with annual sales of $400,000,000. Mark eventually became controller and worked in that role until the company was sold in 1990 to International Paper.

Jennifer Muller, Senior Property Manager/Broker
As the Marketing Director and Senior Property Manager for SV Commercial Partners, Jennifer brings over nine years of real estate experience and over twenty-one years of marketing and management skills. As the Sr. Property Manager, she is Brian's right-hand person and has significant experience dealing with tenants and has excellent track record in resolving issues and concerns that arise.
In addition to tenant relationships, Jennifer works one-on-one with all vendors, contractors and governmental agencies to make sure that each property is safe, secure and manicured for all the tenants. Working closely with these individuals also allows our firm to keep our costs at a minimum allowing for reasonable expenses and tenant activities.
